Investments in our Guaranteed Investment Plans are made through a Jersey Trust formed on the behalf of our investors, by a Trustee regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

This structure ensures investor confidentiality is protected and the power to designate beneficiaries remains with our investors.

Trust Participation
Diversification
Purchasing an investment plan outside an investor's country of residence can help to better diversify assets and protect wealth from currency fluctuations and various economic risks.

Wealth transfer and estate planning
Investing in our plans can provide peace of mind knowing that beneficiaries will receive accumulated assets without lengthy delays, unforeseen complications, or an expensive probate process.

Asset protection
Holding funds in a stable, tax neutral jurisdiction can safeguard against potential loss. Investor assets are held by the Trustee, thereby insulated from creditors.

Reduction of potential foreign tax
Neither Jersey nor the UK impose taxes on Trusts. However, governments of investors who live outside of Jersey and the UK may tax income earned and require investors to report earned income.
